Benefit and Incentive Programs Terms and Conditions:
One Incentive Per Project: Unless otherwise specified, only one program incentive or benefit may be applied per project. In the case of a referral program, both parties will be eligible for the current program incentive designated for their respective roles.
Referral Documentation: To be eligible for any referral-based incentive, a single referrer party must be identified by the new customer at the time of the initial contact or consultation. Incentives will not be issued for referrals identified after a contract has already been signed.
Eligibility: To qualify for a program benefit, the recipient must meet the specific criteria of the current offer. For referral programs, the referred party must be a new customer not currently in our database.
Project Minimums: Unless otherwise specified, incentives apply only to contracts with a project minimum of $5,000.00. Architectural Stone Concepts reserves the right to adjust minimums for specific promotional campaigns.
Verification of Referrals: To qualify for any incentive, the referred party’s information must accurately match an existing client file in our database. If a submission contains unmatchable or incomplete information, a reasonable effort will be made to investigate and identify the correct party. However, if the client cannot be verified, the referral will be deemed invalid and the reward will be forfeited.
Issuance of Benefits: All referral incentives will be initiated upon or prior to completion of the referred party’s project.
Choice of Reward (if applicable): Where a digital gift card is the designated incentive, qualified recipients will receive their choice of a Home Depot or Amazon digital gift card.
Communication: All reward notifications will be sent via the email address on file.
Claim Period: For incentives requiring a selection or response, you have 14 days to respond upon initial attempt to contact. If we don't hear back within that window, the benefit will be subject to forfeiture and voided at our discretion.
Limits: No limit on the number of referrals per person.
Discretion & Authority: Architectural Stone Concepts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice. All benefit and incentive eligibility determinations are made at the sole discretion of Architectural Stone Concepts and are final. Program rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, and this program does not create any legal partnership or employment relationship. This program is a voluntary promotional offer and does not constitute a binding legal contract or obligation.
